RETURNS

Once you have placed an order and payment has been processed, the delivery process automatically commences and products will be delivered as soon as possible.
While all attempts are made to keep our online store updated it can happen that we sold out of an item and you have paid for it in that case we will ensure that the product will be delivered in no time should the occasion arise where we are unable to get the item we will refund you in full

EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please send us an email with the details of the defect within 7 days (seven).
Should we grant you permission to return the defective product, the cost to return the product will be for your account.
Items must be unused and still in original packaging
We do not accept returns on personalized items.
We unfortunately DO NOT refund courier fees or postage.

COURIER

Although we make use of a reliable overnight courier service, we cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or late parcels.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves our premises, which you can use to track the progress of your parcel.
You are also welcome to collect or use your own courier service with pre arrangement.

SHIPPING

Most items on our website are items that we have in stock making our delivery time 2 to 3 working days to all major centres, delivery to outlying areas are 3 to 5 working days, once receipt of payment has been received. For very remote areas not serviced by standard couriers we will deliver via SA Post Office or to the nearest town to the User that is accessible by a courier within their normal routes. In these circumstances we will be in contact with the User to arrange an alternative address.
African Kinetics will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at your chosen delivery address in the same good order.

Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded in full if payment was made in full. We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the African Kinetics standard. Should we exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions only when and if payment was received in full without any deductions.
